Illegal frames such as bad CRC packets, runt packets (less than 64 bytes) or oversize packets (more than 2031 bytes) can be discarded.

Frames with length from 64 to 2031 bytes can be transparently transferred

Supports HDLC encapsulation compatible with RJ017

Supports GFP-F encapsulation compliant to ITU-T G.7041standard

PAUSE flow control ability in full duplex mode

Forwarding only the frames destined for WAN

Cross-over and straight-through cable auto-adaptive

Bandwidth switch

The Ethernet over E1 converter provide several user selectable configurations to support Ethernet application; the configuration switch is located at the flank panel of the unit. 4 8-bit DIP switches are provided for bandwidth setup, as shown in the figure below.

Installation and notice

1) Be aware to avoid do excessive vibration during installing the device

2) Place Ethernet cable orderly, do the Ethernet cable as “6.2” And the cable should not over 100 meters.

3) Be aware to the polarity of power cable not be reversed, and the protected ground and voltage ground should be separated.

4) Do not open the device at will
